TIMING: You can purchase a permanent Trail Tag at R100 which you will use at all Dirtopia Trail Run events. If you have a Trail Tag from previous events, please bring it along and wear on right wrist. Runners also have the option of renting a temporary Amarider Trail tag at R20 and will be given to you at registration with your race number. The temporary tag will be taken off at the finish line. TRAIL TAG:

1. Only run with your own TrailTag
2. Please return your rental tags at the finish line.
3. The reader is powerful enough to read through arm warmers etc.

Runners must stay on the marked trail. Listen to the MC at the start and follow yellow boards. Do not turn unless there is an arrow. Follow signs in front of you! Race numbers must be visible at all times, especially at the finish line.

Please do not litter! We also urge you to not leave valuables in your vehicle. We can keep car keys/valuables at registration for you.

By the end of August, there will be signs of Spring on the trails, with the season most definitely changing as the sun rises earlier.

Routes is specially designed for the Sportsmans Warehouse series event, and singletrack used once a year by Dirtopia.

DATE: 25 August 2024

VENUE: Le Bonheur Wine Estate on R44 near Stellenbosch (towards Klapmuts)

REGISTRATION: From 08h00
DISTANCES & START TIMES: 6km (09h00) and 11km (08h45)

COST: Pre entries close 23 August 2024
6km – R150 and 11km – R180

Kids under the age of 18 pay only R60 pre-entry.
NB: Late entry kids under 18 pay the normal late entry fee
Late entries will be taken on event day at an additional fee of R50.

ROUTE DESCRIPTIONS: These routes climb on the slopes of Klapmutskop behind Le Bonheur Cellar with Dirtopia built singletrack trails.

Different types of terrain will add to the experience – these routes are certainly not boring!

GENERAL INFO: Pre-entries receive discount. Event medal to pre-entries. The refreshment station on routes will have Powerade & fruit and Coke at the finish for all. Coffee will be available from early morning with grab’ngo foods for sale.

Stay for prize giving and lucky draw and win some great wine from Le Bonheur, Sportsmans Warehouse vouchers and FALKE socks.
